Effective leaders possess a strong sense of self-awareness. They have clarity around their natural gifts and capabilities as well as their potential shortcomings. By having a strong understanding of your personal style and those of others, you can improve your rapport with others, enhance your communication skills, increase team effectiveness, as well as reduce stress and interpersonal conflict. The DISC model will also be applied to coaching others, job interview and placement and building strong teams.

Using the popular DISC personality model, in this session you will:

Discover your natural style with accompanying strengths and possible troubles spots. Develop strategies to leverage your natural strengths and minimize weaknesses to provide the greater value in the marketplace.

About the Speaker: Del Gilbert
*Del Gilbert is responsible for Leadership and Professional Development at Covenant member St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua, New Hampshire. He has held leadership positions in the health care field for the past 30 years. He is a Certified Leadership Coach and a Certified Master Trainer. Del delivers nearly 100 workshops and presentations annually. His workshops are known for their practical, real life application and his unique style to on a personal level.
