Covenant Recognized for Excellence in Health Care Marketing
Covenant Health Systems' booklet "Different, Creative & New Activities and Programs for Elder Residents" won a silver Aster Award in the "Service Line, Seniors" category. The Aster awards honor excellence in healthcare marketing.
The 30-page booklet highlights Covenant's "best practices" for those activities in elder care facilities including a "Haiku Poetry Group," a "Pirates of Penzance" play staged by residents, and more. The booklet is available to those organizations which are part of Covenant Health Systems, and can be obtained by e-mailing info@covenanths.org .
Covenant's President/CEO Appointed to AHA "National Board of Advisors"
David R. Lincoln, Covenant's president/CEO, has been appointed to a member of the American Hospital Association's "National Board of Advisors" by the Board of Managers of the Center for Healthcare Governance. The Center's mission is "to be the source for innovative thinking, information, tools and counsel to affect excellence in health care governance by engaging hospital teams consisting of trustees, executives and clinical leaders."
